Hi, I was given your ad in the June 13th coffee news. I am interested in selling a condo in West Bend. I paid $80K and still owe $73K. I have put in new windows, patio door, kitchen and bath flooring, a new high toliet, replaced the tub with a full sized shower stall with a seat and bar, a new hot water heater, stove and added a water softner. I am planning on retiring soon and feel I do not want to keep doing so much on this place any more. I have lived here 3 years and am ready to let go. The condo fees are only $100 per month and take care of lawn and snow service and the building insurance. Also a few small things. I would want to be able to pay off the mortgage and have some left over if possible. I know with the market as is that may be hard so if you don’t feel it’s possible I understand. I am contacting several agents with the same idea. I’m home most evening after 4 and not to much on the weekends. Tomorrow I’ll be gone all day. Today I’ll be in and out the rest of the day.
